Can’t find תמיכה to ask a question!

Where do I find תמיכה to ask a question? Please be very specific. Is it on this site? Where exactly??

Hello,
First of all you need to login to your iCount account from the following link: https://app.icount.co.il/login.php.
On the account login screen you will need to enter the username in the first field, in the second field the company ID and in the third field the password.
Once you log into the account you will see that you have a debt in the system for December and January for a total of NIS 78 + VAT, after you pay the debt using the form presented to you can open support ticket through Support-> New Ticket
